        The crystallization point of pure acidic cross-linking agent methyltriacetoxysilane is 41 ℃, so the phenomenon of cross-linking agent crystallization occurs during low temperature seasons. More interestingly, when the temperature is at 25 ℃, the cross-linking agent does not crystallize. However, once the lid is opened and used, some or all of the cross-linking agent in the entire barrel will rapidly crystallize, which is a normal "supercooling phenomenon" determined by the physical and chemical properties of the product. The higher the purity of the crosslinking agent, the more prominent this phenomenon is. In order to facilitate downstream customers' use, our company will modify or mix pure methyl triacetoxysilane according to seasonal changes and customer needs before sales. This way, the crystallization point of acidic crosslinking agents is generally reduced to 5-25 ℃, and can meet customers' unique needs such as storage period, strength, and curing speed.

        For cross-linking agents that have already crystallized, they must be thoroughly melted before use, otherwise it will cause differences in the content of the upper liquid and lower crystal, which will affect the effectiveness of use.

        There are three main methods for melting acidic crosslinking agents for reference: 1. Baking in a drying room, which requires constant temperature baking at 70-80 ℃ for 3-5 days until complete melting. 2. Water bath baking, immerse the entire barrel of crosslinking agent in hot water at 70-100 ℃ and bake for 6 to 20 hours to completely melt. 3. Steam baking, fumigating the sealed crosslinking agent with water vapor in a closed environment until it completely melts.
